What is washable paper or Kraft Tex?
Washable paper/Kraft tex looks like leather at first glance, with wear and continuous maintenance it acquires a characteristic patina. It is recyclable, lightweight, abrasion resistant, tensile strength and dimensionally stable (does not stretch or shrink).
Kraft Tex is made from natural cellulose fibers that are produced from waste wood, so the entire production process is environmentally friendly. It is used for hand sewing various products, such as handbags and bags, backpacks, wallets, diary covers, notebook covers, telephones or interior accessories.

How to care for Ali products that are made of Kraft Tex? And what about maintenance?
Handbags and other Kraft Tex products can be washed in a washing machine up to 40 °C or by hand, just use soap and warm water and then dry. With prolonged immersion in water, it softens and can be shaped better - press / smooth / fold and straighten again.
Kraft-Tex is manufactured in Europe. What certificates does it have? OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certificate and FSC certificate. It is therefore accredited by both the Forestry Stewardship Council (FSC® C139589 and C133304) and Oeko-Tex, professional bodies that ensure the material is responsibly sourced and produced, it is also recognized as an animal-friendly material and a viable alternative to many leather products. In January 2022, this material received the "VEGAN society" trademark.
